The scale in architecture is of relative size. We can perceive the dimensions of the elements of a structure more easily than the human body. According to my research, there are two types of scales in architecture: these are the general scale and the human scale. The overall scale is the scale of a structure from a distance. For example, it is the legibility of the roof line. The human scale, on the other hand, is the legibility of the elements when the structure is very close to a structure. But I want to emphasize human scale here. Man can use his own body to reach an object or to understand the distance from the object. In the other words, I want to give a few examples that the scale of the human body uses; For example, each person has different foot size, hand size, step, arm span, hand size, finger thickness, etc. has. People can measure and understand many things by using their bodies as scales. For example, tailors used to actively use their arms as a measurement method in their profession. We use the human body not only for architecture, but for measurement in all areas of our lives.
